Shipping

  • Processing timeline is currently up to 14 days.
  • Shipping times will vary depending on destination and USPS operational conditions. Orders shipped within the U.S. average between 3-7 business days from the ship date, although orders within the Portland Metro area often take less time than that. We use USPS First Class Mail and Priority Mail.
  • For International orders, delivery times vary depending on your location. A ballpark expectation is 2-4 weeks depending on where you are in the world. We use USPS Priority Mail International.
  • Shipping and delivery dates are not guaranteed unless otherwise specified.
  • Once your package has shipped, you will receive tracking information via the email provided with your shipping information.
  • Please note that shipping delays can occur and we are not responsible for the speed at which orders arrive once they have left our facility. 
  • Customs fees incurred for International orders are the responsibility of the recipient. 

 

Returns & Exchanges

  • As we are a small operation, we are currently unable to accept returns or exchanges on our merchandise. 

Sizing

  • Most of our apparel fit true to size, unless indicated otherwise. We recommend ordering the size you would normally wear. If you fit in between sizes, we recommend going up a size. If you need sizing assistance on particular items, or have additional questions feel free to email us: shop@fightingpretty.org

General Order Information

  • We cannot revise any information on an existing order once it has shipped, including but not limited to the shipping address, billing information, size, item, or quantity. 
  • Orders cannot be cancelled after processing, and are subject to return and exchange policies. 
  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us at shop@fightingpretty.org
  • We are not responsible for any damages to any merchandise once the item has been worn or washed. 
  • At this time, we can only process one shipping address per cart and transaction.
