How long does shipping take?

  • Processing timeline is currently up to 14 days.
  • Shipping times will vary depending on destination and USPS operational conditions. Orders shipped within the U.S. average between 3-7 business days from the ship date, although orders within the Portland Metro area often take less time than that. We use USPS First Class Mail and Priority Mail. As of October 2025, shipping delays have been occurring due to U.S. import changes and shipping carrier staff shortages.
  • For International orders, delivery times vary depending on your location. A ballpark expectation is 2-4 weeks depending on where you are in the world. We use UPS Standard for Canada and USPS Priority Mail International for the rest of the world. 
  • Shipping and delivery dates are not guaranteed unless otherwise specified.
  • Once your package has shipped, you will receive tracking information via the email provided with your shipping information.
  • Please note shipping delays can occur and we are not responsible for the speed at which orders arrive once they have left our facility. 
  • Customs fees incurred for International orders are the responsibility of the recipient. 

Can I make a return or exchange?  

  • As we are a small operation, we are currently unable to accept returns or exchanges on our merchandise. 
  • We cannot revise any information on an existing order once it has shipped, including but not limited to the shipping address, billing information, size, item, or quantity. 
  • Orders cannot be cancelled after processing, and are subject to return and exchange policies. 

How does your sizing run?

  • Most of our apparel fits true to size, unless indicated otherwise. We recommend ordering the size you would normally wear. If you fit in between sizes, we recommend going up a size. If you need sizing assistance on particular items, or have additional questions feel free to email us: shop@fightingpretty.org

What if my order arrives damaged?

  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us at shop@fightingpretty.org
  • We are not responsible for any damages to any merchandise once the item has been worn or washed. 

What is the best thing to order for someone newly diagnosed?

  • We always recommend sending a Pretty Package to someone either newly diagnosed, or who is going through treatment. The beauty of the Pretty Packages is they are designed to help women battling all types of cancer at any stage of treatment.

How do I send a Pretty Package?

  1. Design a Pretty Package – by starting with “Design a Pretty Package” you can choose the items you wish to include, write a note of encouragement and we will do the rest!
  2. Curated Pretty Package – these Pretty Packages include specific items already selected for you and the products have been carefully curated to help women in any stage of cancer treatment feel strong, beautiful and loved! (Note: there is no need to add the Knockout Pink Box - it's already included. Remember: If you are ordering a Curated Pretty Package, there is no need to add gift wrapping. The Curated Pretty Package will arrive in our knockout pink box!
